RULES AND REGULATIONS
SAFETY AND GENERAL INFORMATION
We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Funtasia.
- Please show common courtesy to your fellow guests at all times.
- Do not use
or engage in offensive behaviour in or around Funtasia.
- The use of threatening
or abusive language, fighting and / or disorderly conduct will not
be tolerated in Funtasia.
- Intoxication or use of alcoholic beverages is not permitted
in Funtasia.
- The use or possession of any type of illegal narcotic, drug
paraphernalia is prohibited in or around the premises.
- Smoking is also
prohibited inside the Funtasia building.
- No pets allowed in Funtasia.
- No chewing gum or eating in the play area or bowling alley.
- Socks must be worn in the play area
- Please abide by all the safety rules,
regulations and signage while visiting Funtasia. They are all to ensure
your safety and the safety of your fellow guests.
To ensure the safety of all our guests, there are height requirements for
the following attractions:
Bumper cars must be at least 60”
Giro Loop must be at least 48”
70 foot drop zone must be 40”
Convoy must be at least 28”
Mini Bumpers must be under 60”

ATM machines
For your convenience we have automated teller machines in Funtasia, ask any
member of our staff to show you where they are located.
Baby changing units
We have baby changing facilities located in all of our disabled toilets.
Credit cards
We accept all major credit cards at Funtasia.
Wheelchair access
Funtasia has been carefully designed ensuring wheelchair accessibility throughout
the entire building.
Customer care is extremely important here at Funtasia, please do not hesitate
to ask any member of our staff for assistance if required. We will be very
glad to assist in any way we can!
